Return and Refund
Gromaal has a “no questions asked return and refund policy” which entitles the users to return the product at the time of delivery if they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a coupon for the value of the return products which can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills. At the option of the user, we will transfer such amount to their bank account within 5-7 business working days.
As a user, you may cancel the order placed by you before the order is processed either by visiting the Site or by calling the Gromaal customer service team. For any such cancellation, Gromaal will refund any payments already made by you for the order. Gromaal, at its sole discretion, can cancel orders if it is suspected that the transaction made by the user is fraudulent; or transaction made by the user violates the terms of service; or the product ordered is not available; or the order cannot be processed due to logistical difficulties. For such cancellations, Gromaal will refund the payment to you within 5-7 business working days. We will maintain a list of fraudulent transactions and non-complying users, and we reserve the right to deny access and cancel order placed by such users at any time.
