Rajma

Rajma are dark red kidney beans which are known for their rich red shading much in the wake of being cooked. These are a remarkable flexibly of folate, manganese and dietary fiber. It is a fine flexibly of protein, phosphorus, copper, thiamine (vitamin B1), iron, potassium and magnesium. These are low in fat and stacked with supplements.
