Shipping – The in-stock items ship would be shipped within 3 hrs of the same day provided the order is placed before 5pm on the same day, however, some orders may take upto 12 hours depending on the products ordered due to quality procedures. Gromaal.com ensures that you get fresh products only !!
Delivery – All your orders take 3-24 hours to be delivered, depends on the time you order. Within 24 hours you will get guaranteed delivery, else a coupon free!! ( Claim by writing to Support@gromaal.com)
This rule is not valid for orders placed on Sunday. However, we do encourage urgent request so, please feel free!!
You will be alerted while the order is assigned to our GROBRO’s and when the order is out for delivery. Any shipping delays will be communicated to you. Till now we are able to deliver 80% of the products on the same day of ordering, so try placing the order before 5pm.

Please note that shipping charges is fixed at ₹40 on orders below ₹1499 and free delivery on orders above ₹1499. Delivery is available in Guwahati City only. Our GROBRO’s are smart hence please don’t mind the Charges!!
